It is inaccurate to say, “there are three tenses of time: past, present and future,” though it might properly be said, “there are three tenses of times: the present of past things, the present of present things, and the present of future things.” These are three realities in the mind, but nowhere else as far as I can see, for the present of past things is memory, the present of present things is attention, and the present of future things is expectation.

Vision

The C.A.S.E. SCRL Onlus follows the vision declined in the strategic objectives that the Cooperative is committed to pursue and achieve during its social life which are:

a) To ensure an effective service coherent with its mission, which is respectful of the stories, the needs and resources of the subjects welcomed, supported by professional figures adequately trained and supported by tools and (other) professionals figures (supervision), also through monitoring constantly the quality in the design and delivery of activities.

b) Become a partner and point of reference for all those working in the field of prevention, education, formation, treatment and rehabilitation in the province of Pavia.

c) Put in contact with various public and private services to deliver diversified performances with quality, to develop a complex and professional system of help, able to respond to different needs in social health, education, training and preventive areas;

d) To enhance and qualify the labor of the working members of the Cooperative by the Continuous Training for:

*) Keep up high the involvement of the education staff with the guests of the various services;

*) Work on professional self to avoid phenomena of burn out “job stress” (see Law 81/2008 TU Safety);

*) Work on the sense of belonging towards the client company to provide a service as personalized as possible;

*) Truly validate the goal of “continuous improvement”;

*) Design, redesign and build reports on the activities done;

*) Discuss to solve and propose responses to individual cases relating to personal staff or guests to all the services entrusted.
